In this role, Ms. Konzen oversees the daily operations of the firm. This includes managing various HR functions, recruiting, hiring, and training legal professionals, as well as overseeing technology-related matters. She is skilled at working with all levels of leadership to identify and address complex business issues and strategic hiring needs. She collaborates with the executive team to implement and execute growth initiatives. This involves conducting various analyses such as SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, and Cost Benefit Analysis, as well as managing the firm’s budget. She evaluates the firm’s current technology infrastructure and provides guidance on best practices in areas such as eDiscovery, Cybersecurity, and AI. She ensures that the firm is up-to-date on the latest technological advancements in the legal field.
Ms. Konzen is also a practicing lawyer who works closely with clients, assisting them with their Cybersecurity and AI legal needs. She takes a comprehensive and forward-looking approach to their business strategy, ensuring that her clients receive top-notch service and acting as a trusted advisor. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court.
In addition to managing the firm and helping clients, Ms. Konzen is actively involved in the legal community. She is a member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and is a past Assistant Chapter Director of the Women in eDiscovery San Diego chapter. In addition, she was part of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program for several years.
